You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided the bootcamp has not yet begun. No additional conditions apply.

You may request a refund up to 7 days after the final class, provided all of the following conditions are met:

(i) You did not miss more than one class.

(ii) You attended at least 60 minutes of each class.

(iii) You completed the full 10-day program. Refunds will not be granted if you quit the program at any point before Day 10.

(iv) You submitted your refund request in writing, no earlier than Day 10 and no later than 7 days after the final class.

Session Changes If your plans change, you may transfer to a different session at no charge, provided you notify us in writing at least 30 days after purchase. No exceptions will be made for illness, travel, or personal reasons.

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

You can request a refund if all of the following are true:

(1) You did not miss more than one class

(2) You attended at least 60 minutes of each class (no late arrivals or early exits)

(3) You attended and completed the 10 day program including all assignments. Refunds will not be granted if you quit the program at any point before day 10.

(4) You submitted all required assignments within 24 hours of each class.

(5) You submitted your refund request in writing, no earlier than Day 10 and no later than 3 days after the final class.

(6) You did not cancel or request a refund within 7 days of the program start date.

Important: If your plans change, it’s your responsibility to notify us at least 7 days before the program begins. No exceptions will be made for illness, travel, or personal reasons.

Deferral Policy

1. Scope & Application

These deferral provisions apply only to participants who have purchased a ticket (or virtual access) to the 10-Day Live CEO Speaking Bootcamp (the “Program”) and who meet all other Terms & Conditions issued by Speak Like A CEO (“Organizer”, “we”, “us”).

A participant may defer their attendance only in accordance with this policy. No more than one (1) deferral is permitted per ticket purchase.

2. Eligibility for Deferral

To be eligible to defer your participation:

• You must request the deferral in writing (email or any method clearly accepted by us) at least 7 calendar days before the original Program start date.

• You must specify a valid reason for the deferral (for example, scheduling conflict, health reason, etc.).

• You must maintain your ticket purchase in good standing (fees paid, no outstanding obligations).

• The deferral must be to a future edition of the same Program (or alternate date offered by the Organizer) that is publicly scheduled and available at the time of your request.

3. How to Request a Deferral

Requests for deferral must be sent to [email protected] with the subject line “Deferral Request – 10-Day LIVE CEO Speaking Bootcamp”. Your request must include:

• Your full name, ticket number or order reference.

• Original Program date.

• Reason for deferral.

• Confirmation that you wish to attend a future date in lieu of the original date.

We will respond within 5 business days to confirm if your deferral is approved and to provide the alternate date options.

4. Timing & Once-Only Rule

The deferral must be requested and approved before the original Program start date. If you attempt to request a deferral after the Program has commenced, it will not be accepted.

A ticket may only be deferred once. After a deferral has been granted, no further deferrals, transfers, or changes will be allowed under this policy.

5. Fees & Payment Implications

If the alternate Program date carries the same ticket price and no additional fees, you will not incur any extra cost.

If the alternate date has a higher price (due to inflation, new pricing, different package) you may be responsible for paying the difference to attend that date.

If the alternate date is lower in price, no refund of the difference will be given.

If you fail to attend the alternate date you selected, the ticket will be considered used and no refund or further deferral will be granted.

6.  Impact on Refund Eligibility

Once a deferral has been approved, the participant is no longer eligible for a refund prior to the new class start date. Deferred participants may only qualify for a refund after completing the program and only if they are dissatisfied, in accordance with the Organizer’s satisfaction guarantee policy.

7. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Organizer

If the Organizer cancels or reschedules the Program, then participants will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to transfer to the new date without penalty (subject to the Terms & Conditions for cancellation).

8. Non-Transferability / Use

The ticket (and deferral right) is non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by the Organizer.

If you transfer your ticket without permission, the deferral right will be void.

9. Liability & No Guarantee

While we endeavour to make alternate Program dates available, the Organizer does not guarantee that any specific future date will be offered. If we are unable to provide a new date that you accept, we will refund the ticket price in accordance with our refund terms.

This policy does not entitle you to additional compensation, damages or reimbursement for lost time, travel, accommodations or other costs.

10. Governing Law & Application

These deferral terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

If a portion of this policy is found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Acceptance

By purchasing a ticket for the 10-Day LIVE CEO Speaking Bootcamp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Deferral Policy.
